About Me
About Me | I am a 3rd year Temple medical student with the ultimate goal of becoming an orthopaedic surgeon, most likely sub-specializing in hand and upper extremity surgery. My goal for this program is to help an applicant or mentee navigate their way through the different challenges and moments of adversity through this process and to help them know that their value is not defined by the number and metrics set by medical school admissions. As those who have been there before know, we did not go through this process alone and it could not have been done without the amazing friends, family members, and mentors who were there to support us each step of the way |
Favorite Quote | “When facing a difficult task, act as though it’s impossible to fail.” – Jackson Brown Jr. “In both life and football, failure is inevitable. You don’t always win. You can, however, learn from that failure, pick yourself up with great enthusiasm, and place yourself in the arena again. And that’s right where you will find me. Because I know I still have more to prove.” – Tom Brady |

Mentoring
Currently Accepting Students | Yes |
Mentoring Philosophy | Ultimately it’s about what the mentee wants and what their goals are. I will do what I can to both listen and provide advice when needed to help achieve that goal and provide them with support so they know that they do not have to endure this part of the process alone. I am also more than happy to adapt or change my style in a way that best fits with the mentee |
Communications & Availability | Communications – a mentee can e-mail, text, or call. Preference is after 5 PM on a weekday because I can get back to them quickly. No presences on the weekends. Calling is the best or easiest method, can provide immediate responses that can address any questions or concerns that come up.
